FIFA President Gianni Infantino congratulated SKNFA President Anthony Johnson on being re-elected to serve the Association for another term.
In the 2017 Ordinary Congress of the St. Kitts-Nevis Football Association, held 25th June, member clubs of the Association voted and returned Johnson to the presidency of the Association.
In a congratulatory letter to President Johnson, President Infantino stated, “It is a clear vote of confidence in your abilities from the St. Kitts-Nevis football community, and we look forward to continuing our cooperation. I am confident that your rich experience, knowledge and personal qualities will have an important impact on the stable development of our beloved game in your country.”
The FIFA president also extended congratulations to the elected SKNFA Vice Presidents Don Grant and Corneal Williams, and wished the executive success with the challenges ahead.
President Johnson has pledged to continue working in an inclusive manner, as the Association continues striving to develop football in the federation.
