Decisions on Protests & Disciplinary Actions During the SKNFA Premier Division
The SKNFA wishes to advise of the decisions and disciplinary actions issued on matters that were before the SKNFA Competitions and Executive Committees:
H.E Garden Hotspurs vs. Mantab
The SKNFA is in receipt of a protest from the Tabernacle F.C regarding the ineligibility of Coach Glemerson Martins during the game H.E Garden Hotspurs vs. Mantab.
The H.E Garden Hotspurs violated rule 7 (2) (Coaches) and was fined $300.00 for the said violation.
The result of the match will stand as two goals to one in favour of H.E Garden Hotspurs.
Javier Gaiton & Crispin Nisbett – H.E Garden Hotspurs F.C
Javier Gaiton:
During the SKNFA Premier Division match – H.E Garden Hotspurs F.C vs. Rams Village Superstars on Saturday 8th March, at the Newtown Playing Field, player Javier Gaiton was issued a red card for verbally assaulting the referee according to Rule 10 (M) of the SKNFA Rules and Regulations.
For violating the said rule, Mr. Gaiton has been suspended for an additional three (3) games in the SKNFA Premier Division and has also been fined EC $75.00.
Crispin Nisbett:
During the said match, it was reported that player Crispin Nisbett kicked off the door of the dressing room that was being occupied by the H.E Garden Hotspurs.
For this behaviour, Mr. Nisbett has received a two match suspension. He also has to repair the damaged door at the Newtown Stadium.
Josh Leader – S.L Horsford St. Pauls United Strikers
Player Josh Leader of the S.L Horsford St. Pauls United Strikers received a red card during the SKNFA Premier Division match S.L Horsford St. Pauls United Strikers vs. Mantab. According to Rule 10 (b) of the SKNFA rules and regulations, Mr. Leader is automatically suspended for his team’s next match.
However, for the offence of violent misconduct (striking an opposing player), Mr. Leader has received a further one match suspension in the SKNFA Premier Division.
Zajah Isaac – Harris Paint St. Peters
Zajah Isaac of the Harris Paint St. Peters was also issued a red card in the SKNFA Premier Division, and was automatically suspended for his team’s next match.
For the offence of violent misconduct after receiving the red card, Mr. Isaac has received a further one match suspension in the SKNFA Premier Division.
