Today a wide range of persons from our communities came together to speak, absorb, discuss and evaluate wome’s football in St. Kitts-Nevis. The Com-Unity Seminar, geared at increasing the involvement and interest in and the support for women’s football in the federation will be held for three days at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort.
The day boasted a packed schedule of presentations and activities designed to engage the participants in thoughts related to improve our female program at the SKNFA. Presentations varied from FIFA, the SKNFA and the government’s point of view and were undoubtedly packed with useful and interesting information.
At the day’s end, the participants were placed into groups to finish assignments. Then it was off to Warner Park for the SKNFA LIME Star Browne Women’s League. The seminar continues tomorrow and will focus on the media and marketing as it relates to women’s football.
