PROPOSAL NOTICE

The St. Kitts and Nevis Football Association invites proposal from organizations
qualified in the position of Project Management to oversee the management of a
Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a Match Day Amenities Building at
the SKNFA Technical Center in St Peters.

The position will require the selected organization to prepare, launch, and manage the
Request for Tender process for the selection of a construction company to build a
Match Day Amenities Building.

Suitable organizations must have:-
(i) A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
(ii) Able to coordinate the actions required as part of the scope of work under a
Request for Tender.
(iii) Able to be the main contact person for the duration of the Request for Tender
process.
(iv) Able to plan and launch a Request for Tender
(v) Able to formulate evaluation criteria and provide a detailed recommendation
once the construction RFT is completed.

Please be advised that the construction design has already been contracted to
another company.
